Chain oil /Lube

HI,

So I think it's time to do some maintenance on my chain and I was just wondering about the best oil/Lube to use, I've ridden push bikes for years and have used many different brands to maintain my cycle chains, just wondering if I could use something like Weldtite TF2 Teflon Lube 400ml Spray on the rower chain, I don't really want to use something that is too thick and gloopy.

Please help.

you'll find all kinds of chain oil in the specialty stores, and spraying it a little bit on a rainy day will not hurt.
